Sell what comes off your hook

That answer is not this site's to give, because the patterns belong to the people who wrote them. For the 5 patterns that still carry the address they were published on, the answer sits on that page, whose address is printed under the rounds. For the remaining 13 the trail stops here, and the decision is yours to make with that fact in front of you.

Print them and photocopy them

Yes. The layout exists for exactly that. A sheet handed round a class is what the tick column beside the rounds was drawn for.

Put the instruction text somewhere else

No. Not from this site, and not from the pages it was taken from either, unless those pages say in their own words that you may. Retyping a pattern into one layout does not hand it over to whoever retyped it, and that includes this site.

Why the answer changes from pattern to pattern

Each pattern kept whatever terms its author set, and those terms live on the author's own page rather than here. That is why the answer moves depending on which of the 18 you are holding, and why the source line printed under every pattern is worth reading first whenever money is the question.

The layout, the key column, the print sheet and the wording of these pages are the site's own work. Reuse the layout if it helps you, and write your own wording.
